Woven Quilt And Contacts

My first attempt making a woven quilt.......It made me dizzy and confused my brain....I enjoyed the process and will probably make a few more in the future.......LOL Just needs quilting...... OK
so, last week I went for my eye exam.......my new glasses should be ready by Friday! While I was there I thought hmmmm.......I really would like to try some contacts lenses ......I use to wear them years ago and OOOOooh ......I could get those fancy tinted ones...change my eye color and just have fun!.......who knows.... maybe even feel younger......give myself a little pick me up.....
LOL........WELL......turns out the multi vision contacts wouldn't work for me......SO......I now have the mono vision contacts........one eye is for near sighted and the other eye is for distance........Do any of you use contacts this way? It seems to be working great.....However, I miss my glasses so come on Friday!! :)~

A Finish

My first finish in March for the OPAM challenge. This pattern is designed by Pam Puyleart, It's called Cottage Creek Quilts ..Welcome Friends.. "Backdoor Quilt Series" you can find it here. My niece told me that it reminded her of Sponge Bob Square Pants....I asked her, why? She started singing. "He lives in a pineapple under the sea Sponge Bob Square Pants!" What a hoot!! Well y'all .... heheheh. I'm off to make yo-yos for my next project....:)~ Have a great day!
