Hoot! Hoot!

Hi Everyone! Hoot! Hoot! I found a pattern at Mady p2x for these cute little Owls and just couldn't resist making a few. They are super simple and just too cute! I still need to add the bases for the two on the left. :o) If you would like the pattern go HERE then click on the photo with all the little Owls. That will give you access to the PDF file. The instructions are in french, it's easy to follow just going by the photos. I won a contest over at Stashmaster's blog! Hop over and have a look at her gorgeous Civil War blocks. I'm so inspired by what I see and read on other blogs. It motivates me and brightens my day :)
Happy Stitching
Shar

Cute little owls...they remind me of the retro ones from the 70's that our grandma's had all over the house. :)

Love the Owls Shar! I can see how addicting it would be to make them, after all 1 owl would be lonesome, right? I tried the link to Mady p2x's site and it didn't work, hmmmmm
Thanks for visiting my blog too!

OMG! Those owls are awesome! I love them! You've got a little production line going there. Are you making stocking stuffers? Can you add me to your "been very good" list so I can receive one for Xmas too? =)

Hi Shar, I just came from Jan's Musings blog and found out we are both from the same area in Alabama. I meet with a group of quilter's on Mondays at First Christian Church on Whitesburg. I don't really quilt. I attempt to quilt every now and then. I mostly knit at the group get togethers. If you ever want to join us we'd love to have you. We just had our first quilt show this weekend. I have pictures posted on my blog if you are interested. That's so weird that we both entered the same blog contest in another country.
I enjoyed looking at your blog

Thanks for visiting my blog...and I'm really glad I stopped by yours! My DD loves/collects owls, and these are so darn cute! I'll have to try making a few for her, I guess! Looks like it's fairly easy to figure out the pattern. Thanks for sharing the link!
